Delete your account

You can delete your Globby account yourself, from inside the app, in under a minute. No email, no waiting.

Steps

1. Open Globby and tap the gear icon on the home screen to open Settings.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Deletion happens immediately.

What is removed

• Your account and player ID on our servers
• Profile: name, avatar, country, language
• All gameplay: scores, streaks, medals, mastery, duel history and rating
• Friends, pending requests, and challenges
• Your entries on every leaderboard
• Your push notification token

Feedback and reports you sent may be kept in anonymised form so we can still fix what you reported. Analytics events already recorded are not linked to your name and are retained per our Privacy Policy.

What is not affected

Purchases are managed by Apple, so deleting your Globby account does not cancel a Globby Pro subscription. Cancel it in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. If you reinstall later, Globby creates a fresh account; Restore purchases will bring Pro back on the same Apple ID, but progress is gone for good.

Can't get into the app?

Email support@getglobby.app with your player ID if you have it (it is shown at the bottom of Settings) or the display name and country on the account, and we will delete it for you.
